AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

LionHeart Academy

Starting August 15th, Tulsa Classical Academy will provide after school care program through LionHeart Academy from 3:00-5:30 p.m for Kindergarten-9th Grade students.

 

Cost: 

  • $240/month per child for full time
  • $144/month per child for 3 days per week
  • $100/month per child for 2 days per week

 

Payment is due on the 1st of the month through check made out to Lionheart Academy LLC, cash, or Venmo. We offer a Sibling Discount for Full Time Only 15% off each month for each additional sibling enrolled.

LionHeart Academy Includes:

  • A snack will be provided each day!

  • Students will be in age-level groups with a TCA teacher as their group leader.

  • Activities include puzzles, reading, manipulatives, outside activities, arts and crafts, homework help, etc.

A non-refundable enrollment fee of $25 per student is due at time of registration to hold your spot.

 

There are 60 spots available. If spots are full, a waitlist will be created.

Partner Program FAQs

Imagine offers several options for our school age families. We offer before school only, After school only and a Before and after school. We offer these programs in 5, 3 and 2 day options. 
Absolutely! If school is out of session give your local campus a call and let us know you will be joining us! 
Unfortunately we do not. Children will be transported to our local campus and parents will pick up their child at the center. 
Yes! We offer a 10% sibling discount for families that have more then one child enrolled in a full time program. 
Our campuses are open Monday- Friday from 6:00 am- 6:30 pm.
