Mrs. Bales grew up in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 2018. She played rugby in high school and then attended Oklahoma State University where she continued her rugby career and met her fiancé, Kelby. She graduated May 2021 from OSU and began playing rugby professionally in Denver, CO. For the last couple years, she lived in Denver until relocating back to Tulsa this summer.

Outside of teaching, you can find Mrs. Bales at church, the gym, snowboarding with her fiancé and their dog Finnegan, traveling, or at concerts!

Mrs. Bales is extremely excited to inspire a love of movement in all the students at TCA!
