Parent Teacher Conference
October 18 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
There will be required Parent/Teacher Conferences at the end of the First Quarter and the Third Quarter for any 2nd-8th grade students with a C- or below in any classes or for any K-1 student with an “N” (Performance Needs Improvement). Of course, any parent may ask for a P/T Conference.
The below schedule will outline how the P/T Conferences will work:
- First Quarter P/T Conferences
- Wed, Oct. 18, 1-4pm
- Thu, Oct. 19, 9-12pm
- Third Quarter P/T Conferences
- Thu, Mar. 14, 1-4pm
- Fri, Mar. 15, 9-12pm
Note: All Parent/Teacher Conferences will be scheduled 2-3 weeks prior. Teachers will reach out to parents if a P/T Conference is required. Parents may reach out to teachers directly to schedule a conference if desired. Additionally, the calendar notes Oct. 20 as the start of Fall Break, but if there are no required P/T Conferences scheduled, then those parents and students with no conference may holiday anytime post 12pm on Oct. 18.
