Mrs.Schmidt is very thankful to be apart of the TCA family as a 1st grade teacher. She has homeschooled her two children in their younger years to the 2nd and 4th grade until she felt that it was time to have them go to a brick and mortar classical school with which she quickly fell in love with while volunteering as a parent. She is embarking on her 2nd year of teaching at Tulsa Classical Academy!
A few times a year she travels to Portland, Oregon to visit her parents which immigrated from Moldova in 1991. In her free time, she enjoys going for a walk around her neighborhood in Jenks, spending time with her family, and playing the piano.
Mrs. Schmidt is dedicated to the school’s mission: “to train minds and improve the hearts of young people through a content rich classical liberal arts curriculum with instruction in the principles of moral character and civic virtue.”
