Mr. Poarch is the Head of School at Tulsa Classical Academy. Author of several books on Classical education, he comes to us with over ten years of experience in the K12 and college world. Mr. Poarch was previously Headmaster at Founders Classical Academy of Frisco and the founding Headmaster at El Paso Classical Academy. He was also dual credit Upper School Faculty of Government, Moral Philosophy, and Economics at Founders Classical Academy of Lewisville. Prior to that Mr. Poarch taught and served in administration at multiple colleges and universities around the country. He is married with four children and is a founder, leader, and patriot for all things Good, True, Beautiful, and Just.

Mr. Poarch and his family moved to Tulsa last year and love the area. He and his family enjoy hiking Turkey Mountain and exploring coffee shops in the Tulsa area. A fun fact about Mr. Poarch is that he grew up in Indonesia. Mr. Poarch served in the Colorado and Maryland Army National Guard and loves his country. He is very excited to lead this endeavor of establishing the first classical charter school in Oklahoma.
